Camp will include the following activities with additions or deletions as necessary based on the participants present and their needs: 


Daily mindfulness exercises
Daily breathing exercises
Simple yoga practice
Daily stretching for mindfulness and movement
Disc Golf
Relays
Ball games (using a soccer ball, but not soccer)
Nature walks using FUTS, Thorpe Park and Francis Short Pond areas
Hikes on and around Mars Hill
Biking FUTS trail (if all participants are able)
Rock art craft
Leather work craft
Wood work craft
Beading crafts 
Chalk art
Labyrinth making
Mandala making 
Journaling activities daily
Card games
Charades

Each day includes the following: 
- Movement in the morning and afternoon
- One crafting opportunity
- One creative outlet opportunity
- Mindfulness, relaxation and containment exercise woven throughout the activities and, at times, provided as a specific educational/practice experience (such as our mindfulness walk in the morning vs the formal breathing exercise taught before lunch).

The facilitators also strive to tailor the program based on who signs up and their needs. Since it is designed to incorporate mental health needs, the program changes based on who is present. If a participant cannot participate in a particular activity we modify or change it. If a participant needs a particular skill or focus, we add it.
